IR dryer for 28” (50x70 cm) paper and cardboard processing, for example installed in the delivery section of a 28” offset printing press. The lamp housing contains 18 lamps of 1 kW each; the frame in which everything is mounted and soldered is liquid-cooled, preferably with coolant. The warm air is managed by 2 blowers: one supplies cool air and the other extracts warm air. In case of a paper jam or paper crash, where the machine stops feeding sheets into the delivery, the lamps are automatically switched off and the hot air is forcibly extracted. All wiring and system layouts are clearly indicated in the diagrams, which are complete.
