ITF Wave 450

The Wave 450 parts washing system is a highly flexible, vacuum-assisted degreasing machine, capable of ensuring a high degree of parts decontamination. All operations—such as spray, immersion, and ultrasonic degreasing cycles as well as the distillation, filtration, and drying of parts—are performed sequentially and automatically in a completely vacuum-sealed environment.

The Wave 450 machine can operate with: modified alcohol-based solvents (MA) / Class III hydrocarbons (H-III) / chlorinated solvents (Perchloroethylene). These types of solvents are specifically used when an intensive degreasing phase is required, evaporating completely and leaving no residue on treated parts.

Distillation
Solvent distillation allows the solvent's degreasing power to remain unchanged. All our systems come standard with a double-stage distiller, ensuring separation of solvent and oils; additional water removal takes place in the water separator.

Control is managed via Siemens S7 PLC and 12" Siemens HMI as standard.
The machine is compliant with Industry 4.0 requirements and therefore also Industry 5.0.
