The iMG 1010 is a compact solution for machining workpieces up to 100x100x100 mm. With its polymer concrete base, it enables precise machining of numerous materials such as titanium, steel, CoCr, ceramics, sapphire, zirconia, or aluminum. Particularly noteworthy is the Y-axis arrangement, which, thanks to its installation positions, ensures high stability and excellent vibration damping. Nearly any position on the workpiece can be reached without reclamping. The selection of workpiece clamping devices and holders, in conjunction with the zero-point clamping system, makes the machine a versatile machining center. Its design allows for both wet and dry machining without time-consuming conversions. The CNC machine can be optionally equipped with a loading and unloading system, which can access the working area from the right, left, or top, allowing for automated workpiece changes.

The zero-point clamping system serves as an interface and ensures exact and repeatable positioning of the workpiece. Via software interfaces, the system can be integrated into network-controlled, automated production processes.
