The pasteurizer is suitable for the thermal treatment of liquid, low-viscosity food products. The device is designed in accordance with food hygiene requirements. Heat treatment is performed via a heat exchanger equipped with a stainless steel tube coil. Thermal energy is supplied by a heating oil boiler. The temperature of the heating water is controlled by the boiler control system. The temperature of the treated liquid is regulated by a controlled switching valve. Temperature monitoring takes place at two points: once in the heating medium and once at the product outlet. The device automatically regulates the temperature of the heating medium. Operation is fully automated. If the temperature of the juice to be pasteurized falls below the set value, the device outlet is locked and the juice circulates in a bypass system until the set temperature is reached. Filling is then re-enabled by the device. After finishing work, the tube coil can be easily cleaned with a sponge ball system. The device requires minimal maintenance.
