This is a next-generation blast chiller / shock freezer by the manufacturer Irinox, model MF NEXT M A TRB FRZ.

This multifunctional blast chiller, the Multi Fresh, is your new kitchen assistant, equipped with a Multirack for 1/1 GN pans. Depending on the height of the GN racks, you can use between 9 and 18 inserts.

Maximum loading capacity: 50 kg.

This appliance line operates with the natural refrigerant propane R290. This gas does not harm the earth's ozone layer and guarantees maximum energy efficiency, faster cooling of food, and almost no environmental impact. It complies with the strictest global environmental standards. Propane has a global warming potential (GWP) of just 3. More power, less pollution.
