This is a next-generation blast chiller/shock freezer from the manufacturer Irinox, model MF NEXT LL Essential Turbo. This multifunctional MultiFresh blast chiller is your new kitchen assistant, equipped with a standard rack for 2/1 GN. The maximum load is 95 kg. The unit comes with a 10" touchscreen and can be used for rapid chilling and shock freezing. This version includes the Sanigen hygiene function that eliminates 99.5% of bacteria and ensures odor neutrality. This device is the Essential Turbo version for rapid chilling & shock freezing (without heating functions). The cooling unit is air-cooled. The door hinges on the left, and the appliance features a core temperature probe with five measuring points. The unit is equipped with casters—two of which have brakes.

The unit features a total of 55 slots for racks. Currently, 30 rails for 2/1 GN are included, resulting in 15 tray positions. Additional GN rails or wider rails for the 60x40 cm baker’s standard can be ordered. A pair of 1/1 GN support rails costs €36 net; a pair of baker’s standard rails costs €69 net plus shipping. There is also the option to use a multirack, which doubles the number of tray positions for 1/1 GN containers.
