The blast chiller/rapid cooler features the latest environmentally friendly refrigerant R290. By purchasing this unit, you are ensuring you remain at the cutting edge of technology.

This is a next-generation rapid cooler/blast chiller from the manufacturer Irinox, model MF NEXT LL Essenziell Turbo. This multifunctional blast chiller MultiFresh is your new assistant in the kitchen, equipped with a standard rack for 2/1 GN containers. The maximum load is 95 kg. The unit features a 10” touch display and can both rapidly chill and blast freeze. This version includes the Sanigen hygiene function, which ensures that 99.5% of bacteria are eliminated and maintains odor neutrality. This is the Essenziell Turbo version, designed for rapid chilling and blast freezing. The cooling unit is air-cooled. The door hinges on the left, and the unit is equipped with a core temperature probe with 5 measuring points. The blast chiller is fitted with 4 castors, including locking brakes.

Dear prospective buyer: Upon purchase of this device, commissioning and introduction by an Irinox specialist consultant can be provided. The unit has a total of 55 shelf positions for trays.

Currently, 30 rails for 2/1 GN containers are included, which allows for 15 shelves. Additional GN rails or wider rails for 60x40 cm bakery standard trays can be ordered. One pair of 1/1 GN support rails costs €36 net; one pair of bakery standard rails is €69 net plus shipping. There is also the option of using a multirack, which doubles the number of shelves for 1/1 GN containers.
