This is a state-of-the-art rapid chiller / blast freezer from the manufacturer Irinox, model MF NEXT LL Essenziell Turbo. This multifunctional rapid chiller MultiFresh is your new kitchen assistant, equipped with a standard rack for 2/1 GN pans. Maximum load capacity: 95 kg. The unit features a 10" touchscreen display and can perform both rapid cooling and shock freezing. This version includes the Sanigen hygiene function, which eliminates 99.5% of bacteria and ensures odor neutrality. This model is the Essenziell Turbo variant for rapid cooling & shock freezing only (no heating functions). The cooling aggregate is air-cooled. The door hinge is on the left, and the unit comes with a 5-point core temperature probe. The unit is fitted with castors—2 of which are braked.
