Overview
This complete 1,500-liter brewery system was manufactured by the Spanish company Inox GC. It includes a three-vessel brewhouse, a 2,000-liter mash/whirlpool tank, a 2,500-liter lauter tun, and a 1,800-liter hot liquor tank. The brewhouse is equipped with pumps, a heat exchanger, CIP features, and a new automatic AEM gas burner for heating. The installation is in good condition.
