Edge banding unit for 4-sided and all-around edge banding on butt joints, featuring:
- Main pressure roller, diameter 100 mm, and pneumatically controlled follow-up pressure roller, diameter 35 mm
- Glue application system for coating the edge material, with temperature and level control
- Servo drive for edge transport with automatic adaptation to feed speed
- Hot air post-activation unit, 7.5 kW, on glue side
- IR emitter 600 Watt on decorative side to prevent deformation of material on small radii
- Pneumatically driven crosscut saw
