Fully Automatic Solvent Cleaning System KP50 HMA

Designed for operation with solvents (hydrocarbon or modified alcohol) under full vacuum.

The cleaning and drying process is fully automated in a sealed working chamber under vacuum.
Component cleaning is performed by spraying, turbulence flooding, ultrasonic, and vacuum-assisted cleaning with freshly filtered and distilled solvent from the two storage tanks. Steam degreasing with high-purity solvent vapor directly from the main still is also possible. Final vacuum drying ensures components are 100% dry, while the double condensation stage minimizes solvent loss and guarantees extremely low emission and occupational exposure limit (AGW) values.
