Universally applicable for the fully automatic cleaning of medium and large parts, such as engines, gearboxes, agitators, etc., but also for small parts from production, manufacturing, and maintenance, such as bolts, sleeves, or ball bearings.

Function:
Simple operation thanks to a fully automatic cleaning process.

The wash tank is filled with a mixture of water and water-soluble IBS special cleaner (cleaning solution). The contaminated items are placed in the rotating wash basket and the lid is closed.

After setting the desired wash temperature and time, the machine is started and the solution in the tank is heated. Inside the closed unit, the basket rotates at a constant speed around its axis.

The items are intensively sprayed from all sides with the hot solution by the motor-driven basket’s uniform rotation.

After completion of the cleaning cycle, the unit shuts down automatically.
