Function

Simple operation thanks to a fully automatic cleaning process, allowing skilled personnel to focus on other important tasks. The wash tank is filled with a mixture of water and IBS special water-soluble cleaner (washing solution). The contaminated items to be cleaned are placed into the rotating wash basket and the lid is closed. After setting the desired wash temperature and time, the machine is started and the solution in the tank is heated. Inside the closed unit, the basket rotates at a constant speed around its own axis. The pump assemblies draw the cleaning solution from the wash tank and distribute it through 6 stainless steel nozzle pipes with overlapping flat jet nozzles. During the steady rotation of the motor-driven basket, the items are thoroughly cleaned from all sides with the hot solution.

At the end of the cleaning process, the unit shuts off automatically.
