2 mechanical transfer presses – TRANSFER PRESS LINE in automated operation.

This transfer press line is currently set up for the production of vehicle sockets/electrical sockets.
The system includes:
1. Uncoiler PM245 with loop control,
Coil weight 2 t, coil width up to 450 mm
2. Servo-driven strip feeder (roller feeder) with 2 axes (cross and longitudinal)
3. Press 1:
Deep drawing press with five pneumatic ejectors (individually adjustable and extendable)
4. Feeding system from Püschel Förderbahn, drum vibratory feeder, linear vibratory feeder,
Output up to 100 parts/minute
Swivel belt conveyor for transferring deep-drawn parts / onward transfer via inclined conveyor into the peat swivel conveyor / onward transfer into the feed of the stamping press via mechanical oscillating rails
5. Punch press 2 (prepared for ejectors)
