Accessories / Special equipment

- Robust two-column frame press with adjustable quadruple prism guides
Equipped with:
• Hydro-pneumatic sliding table (approx. 625 mm cross travel) with 2 clamping surfaces for receiving pressed parts and the lower tool, moving them under the ram, and after pressing, transferring them out the back to a stacking device. The table then returns to the start position. This feature can easily be removed or modified.
• CNC press control (Siemens S5) with monitor for input of all relevant process data and for storing tool data to simplify and speed up retooling; also for monitoring part transfer. Sliding table holder included.
• SICK light barriers installed at the front of the press/insertion station.
• Ram equipped with electromechanical depth stop (stroke 300 mm) and hydraulic tool clamping device, as well as built-in hydraulic ejector.
• Pressure and oil temperature indicator, piece counter, foot switch, two-hand control, centralized lubrication, hydraulic oil circulation cooling, separately mounted electrical cabinet, etc.

The machine was used for crimping of collars on cylinder head gaskets.
