Hundegger K2i

I am selling an automatic CNC machining center for BLOCK-HOUSE production, Hundegger K2i, year of manufacture 2011. Almost like new. Year of construction 2015.

Undertable rotary saw with saw blade diameter from 750 mm to 800 mm, 360° rotation, servo-hydraulic tilt from 0–65°.

Universal 5-axis unit with disc cutter, end mill, and end milling head, milling head diameter 350 mm x 100 mm shank cutter.

Combination tool holder for at least 5 tools with horizontal boring device, power up to 2.5–3.0 kW, maximum drilling diameter 24 mm, minimum drilling length 460 mm, minimum machining depth 300 mm.

Positioning and clamping of the workpiece via gripper arms. While the workpiece is measured and transported to the desired position, the gripper arms hold and stabilize the workpiece as close as possible to the tool.

The processed material can be rotated automatically.

Tolerance +/- 2 mm for a length of 13 m

Fully automatic wood infeed with feed roller conveyor and feed as well as sliding cross conveyor.
