5-axis machining capabilities – Maximum machining section: 300 x 620 mm

Machining operations include: section probe and detector, section measurement – Cutting: all straight cuts and any angle, horizontal and vertical, birdsmouth, valley and hip cuts, notches, half-lap joints, chamfers, grooves, concealed birdsmouth groove (straight and angled), web slot – Milling with aggregate units (Bouffe-tout type) and other cutters, tenon milling, mortising, rebates, scarf joints, straight and angled dovetails, Gerber splices – Drilling straight and at any angle, long bit drilling – Equipped with 1 side and 1 underside drill.

Ink marker – Wooden parts identification labels

Control console and software: The control system allows importing data from CAD software and automates the programming of complex machining processes. The machine is currently operated with CADWORK software (not included in the sale).

The machine features a built-in pit for efficient removal of wood offcuts and sawdust.

Fully reconditioned in 2020: electrical, mechanical, pneumatic systems, tooling and IT (disassembly of parts and motors, replacement of ball bearings, hoses, cables, guide rails, software update and EKP data export, cleaning, new tooling in 2020).

The machine is in very good technical and visual condition.
