Pharmaceutical Multiprocess System for Rent
Standalone laboratory-scale grinding and classification plant. This compact, plug-and-play system is ideal for R&D as well as for small-scale production. The equipment operates in batches of a few kilograms.
This multiprocess system can be fitted with different modules (one at a time) for either grinding or classifying a variety of products, enabling coarse or ultra-fine outputs and offering a wide array of final results.
Module changeover is quick and simple, allowing for multiple tasks with minimal downtime.

ALPINE Multiprocess System AFG 100
The core of this concept is a base module that integrates all additional components of a grinding or classification plant (frame, dosing system, separator filter, control system, etc.). In just a few steps, the appropriate modules can be integrated to implement various micronization and classification processes in one machine:
