Scope of supply
Hosokawa Alpine Pharmapaktor APC L 200/30, with dosing unit, without Flake Crusher.

The Hosokawa Alpine Pharmapaktor APC L200/30 is the ideal compactor for testing the behavior of various products with this technology, while also enabling continuous low-capacity production if needed.

The Pharmapaktor can be fitted with a flake crusher granulator to process the compacted material generated by the unit, thereby expanding the range of finished products that can be achieved with this system—obtaining various shapes and sizes, from different briquettes to granules in accordance with required specifications. Thanks to this flexibility, the machine can be adapted to different products and applications.

Compaction head
Two cast stainless steel H-frames joined by spacer bolts. Two lateral folding mobile arms for quick roller changeover. The mobile arms are secured with two tie rods, which also absorb the forces generated by the two compaction rollers. An insert in the chamber directs product flow, and two central pieces provide roller sealing.

Pre-compaction unit
The pre-compaction unit is mounted on a support column and can be lifted and swung aside. The feed hopper (with two breaker bars) is fitted with a cylindrical/conical pre-compression screw. When the pre-compaction unit is withdrawn, a limit switch acts for both rollers and screw.
