Specifications: Maximum cutting width of 4,400 mm, maximum cutting height of 72 mm with the main saw; 10 HP (7.5 kW) main saw motor and 3 HP (2.2 kW) scorer motor, 4,400 RPM main blade and 5,100 RPM scoring blade.

Saw carriage:
Working speed (80 m/min), return speed (80 m/min), AC motor driven with electronic inverter control; quick-release “Power-Lock” saw blade system.
Cutting length automatically controlled by optical sensor that detects the blade throughout the cut.

Pusher clamps:
7 material clamps, feed rate (0-60 m/min), return speed (0-60 m/min), AC inverter driven, servo motor with center-mounted rack and pinion; friction-free contact measuring system, magnetic measurement system.

Machine controls and operator:
PC controller software with Homag “CAD MATIC” operating system + Windows; fully user-friendly “REAL TIME” operating menu; 15” full-color monitor graphics, optical mouse, and standard data entry keyboard; integrated “Easy Cut” optimizer basic organizer for up to 15 pieces of 3 different materials, allows data import from office PC, compatible with third-party optimization software.
