Technical Manufacturer Description:

The H600 high-performance shredder, with its flexible application options,
is capable of processing all types of wood materials (hardwood, softwood,
chipboard, MDF materials, plywood, veneer waste, etc.) into fuel chips, achieving significant volume reduction of bulky materials. The hydraulically driven pusher feeds the wood waste to be shredded into the cutting area of the rotor, automatically and load-dependently controlled. The high-performance E-rotor made of solid steel has a diameter of 252 mm and operates at a rotor speed of 85-95 rpm. The concave-ground, aggressive, and four-way reversible knives / cutting crowns are positioned in milled knife pockets on special knife holders. This highly efficient system guarantees high throughput, low energy consumption, and optimal discharge of the shredded material by minimizing the cutting gap between counter knife and rotor. Chip size (10 - 60 mm) depending on screen perforation.
