Technical Manufacturer’s Description:

The H600 high-performance shredder, with its flexible range of applications, can process all types of wood materials (hardwood, softwood, chipboard, MDF materials, plywood, veneer scraps, etc.) into fuel chips. It achieves significant volume reduction even with bulky material. The hydraulically controlled pusher feeds the wood waste to be shredded into the rotor’s cutting area and is automatically and load-dependently controlled. The high-performance E-rotor, made of solid steel, has a diameter of 252 mm and operates at a rotor speed of 85–95 rpm. The concave-ground, aggressive, and quadruple-turning knives / indexable cutter crowns are located in milled knife pockets on special knife carriers. This highly efficient system guarantees high throughput, low power consumption, and optimal discharge of the shredded material by minimizing the cutting gap between the counter-knife and rotor. Chip size: 10–60 mm
