Overview
The Hiwell AMF 600-V Automatic Food Forming Machine is used for forming and portioning various products using a die plate system.

Servo Feed System

The feed auger is equipped with a servo control system to prevent product deformation and ensure increased reliability.

Servo Die Plate Drive System
The servo-driven die plate drive system provides high repeatability and ensures reliable operation at speeds of up to 100 cycles/min. The food former is fitted with fewer wear parts to reduce your operating and maintenance costs.

Stainless Steel Forming Platform
The forming platform is made from stainless steel sheet. High-precision manufacturing and positioning of the forming platform ensures stable and high-speed operation of the die plate system.

Hydraulic Quick-Fill System
The imported hydraulic fill system and high-precision filling cavity allow the die plates to be filled quickly with minimal product loss.

Touchscreen Control
The touchscreen control system features a new user interface, multilingual input, simple parameter setting, automatic data storage, automatic error diagnosis, EtherCAT bus control, and high-speed data communication.

Good Compatibility with Metal Die Plates
Metal die plates offer exceptional wear resistance, long service life, and reduce product loss. The food forming machine is capable of processing a wide range of products including meat, fish, potatoes, vegetables, and bakery goods.

High Productivity and Operability
The fuzzy design software can automatically adjust the forming speed to match the output rate of the conveyor, ensuring product consistency with both small and large batch production.
