STANDARD DESCRIPTION:
We have designed the ST series hydraulic presses with motorized traveling gantry and adjustable head, offering a range of three different capacities from 80 to 150 tons.
Specifically engineered for straightening welded structures and plates cut by oxy-fuel or laser.

Its design facilitates the loading and unloading of large volumes: parts, plates, or structural components.
It allows access to different pressure points without having to reposition the piece, thanks to the lateral travel of the cylinder and longitudinal movement of the gantry.

STRUCTURE AND TABLE:
The hydraulic presses in the ST series feature an electro-welded frame manufactured exclusively from S355JR steel. The frame is stabilized and machined after the welding process to guarantee perfect parallelism and precision. Design and load calculations are carried out using finite element software. This way, we always ensure our high standards of precision and quality.
Longitudinal movement is provided by the portal (gantry).

CYLINDER AND HYDRAULIC UNIT:
Double-acting cylinder with honed barrel, chrome-plated piston rod, and maintenance-free wear guides. Cylinder operation via manual hydraulic directional control valve.
A removable bolster is included to protect the piston rod from damage.
Motorized hydraulic unit with two speeds, automatic changeover from rapid approach to pressing pressure by hydraulic pressure, and pressure relief valve.

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION AND SAFETY:
Electrical system equipped with motor protection and emergency stop. Supplied with glycerine-filled pressure gauge (readout in tons) and hydraulic oil.
Complies fully with all essential health and safety requirements under CE regulations.
Supplied with an instruction manual.
