STANDARD DESCRIPTION:

Our SH series horizontal ram hydraulic press is designed with a range of three different capacities from 100 to 250 tonnes.

The horizontal hydraulic presses are specifically engineered for straightening and bending work on profiles, bars, and beams.

The horizontal design of the machine allows easy handling of large beams and profiles. The latest generation HS series horizontal hydraulic press has evolved to provide versatile functionality, such as the possibility to fit a wide variety of tooling.

They operate with a hydraulic pressure of less than 350 BAR to ensure maximum longevity of the entire hydraulic system.

STRUCTURE AND TABLES

The SH series horizontal straightening hydraulic presses feature a C-frame structure, fully welded and manufactured exclusively from S355JR steel. The frame is stabilized and machined after welding to ensure perfect parallelism and precision. All calculations and designs are made using finite element software. This allows us to consistently guarantee our high standards of robustness, precision, and quality.

The presses are equipped with an anti-rotation main push cylinder and a rear support table, both made from high-strength steel and machined with DIN 650 T-slots. Standard equipment also includes support blocks made from C45E steel.

Two height-adjustable side support rollers are supplied as standard, one on each side.

CYLINDER AND HYDRAULIC UNIT

Double-acting cylinder with honed tube, chromed piston rod, and maintenance-free wear guides.

Cylinder operated by a lever-controlled hydraulic distributor. It features a removable block to prevent piston wear.

Single-speed motorized hydraulic unit.

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION AND SAFETY

Electrical installation includes a motor protection switch and emergency stop.

Supplied with a glycerine manometer with tonnage reading and hydraulic oil.

Complies with and meets all essential health and safety requirements according to CE regulations.

Supplied with an instruction manual.
