RIGID FRAME HYDRAULIC PRESSES

We have designed the R/NC series rigid frame motorized hydraulic presses in six different capacities ranging from 80 to 500 tons. Specially engineered for stamping, punching, and deep drawing operations.

The latest generation R series hydraulic presses have evolved into versatile machines, including the capability for integration into automated production lines. They operate at a hydraulic pressure lower than 320 BAR to ensure greater durability of the entire hydraulic system.

The R/NC series forming and stamping presses feature an electro-welded frame manufactured exclusively from S355JR steel. The frame is stress-relieved and machined after welding to ensure perfect parallelism and precision. Structural design is carried out using finite element analysis software. In this way, we always uphold our high standards of precision and quality.

They come equipped with a machined upper and lower table made of C45E steel, featuring DIN-650 T-slots. The upper table ensures perfect parallelism through four lateral cylindrical guides with maintenance-free, bimetallic anti-friction bushings.

The double-acting cylinder features a honed barrel, chrome-plated piston rod, and maintenance-free wear-resistant guides.

The hydraulic power unit is motorized, with two speeds and automatic disengagement of fast speed. It includes a cylinder decompression valve.

A SIEMENS SIMATIC S7 1200 safety PLC and a 4'' MTP-400 touchscreen are provided as standard, positioned above the electric foot pedal actuator. The interface allows programming of operating mode (semi-automatic and automatic), force, stroke, and dwell time of the upper cylinder. It offers storage capacity for 99 recipes, with each recipe able to store all adjustable parameters.

The electrical panel features a selector for manual or automatic operation, as well as a key switch for maintenance tasks.

Both electrical and hydraulic controls are redundant and self-monitored. An additional safety block and self-monitoring devices are included for operation and safety.

Verification and certification of correct operation as well as safety distance for the safety light curtains are included.

For enhanced safety, type 4 PLe safety light curtains are installed at the front work area, along with two fixed side guards and a rear interlocked guard with magnetic safety sensor, featuring polycarbonate windows and internal LED lighting.

Provision is made for installation of a hydraulic cushion or ejector.
The machine complies with all essential health and safety requirements according to CE regulations.
Delivered with an operating manual.
