The MV-600E/NC four-column hydraulic press is part of the M/NC series and has been specifically developed for increased precision and capacity; it is designed for punching, deep drawing, blanking, and deburring tasks.

STRUCTURE AND TABLES
• Made from three electro-welded blocks exclusively constructed with S355JR steel.
• Stabilized and machined after welding to ensure perfect parallelism and precision.
• Calculated and designed using finite element software.
• Equipped with a SIEMENS SIMATIC S7 1200 PLC and a 7" HMI KTP-700 touch panel, allowing the programming of force, cylinder stroke, and speeds, with a memory capacity for 300 cycle programs.

CYLINDER AND HYDRAULIC UNIT
• Double-acting cylinder with lapped sleeve, chrome-plated piston, and maintenance-free anti-wear guides.
• Motorized hydraulic unit with two speeds and automatic disengagement of rapid speed. High-pressure pump and 10-micron return filter. Includes cylinder decompression valve, directional valve, and safety valve. A pressure switch on the side enables precise adjustment of the pressure suitable for each operation.
• Glycerin pressure gauge with tonnage reading.

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION AND SAFETY
• The electrical control panel features a selector switch for manual, semi-automatic, or automatic operation, as well as a speed selection switch for fast or slow operation.
• Equipped with a PLC to support maneuvering and decompression timing.
• Machine operation is carried out via a low-voltage dual-hand pushbutton station.

• Electrical and hydraulic operations are redundant and self-monitoring, with an additional safety block and self-checking devices for safe maneuvering. Includes verification and certification of correct operation and safety distance for light curtains.
• Safety is ensured by Category IV light curtains in the front working area, two fixed side safety guards, and a movable rear guard with magnetic safety switch.
• The machine includes an IXON system for online remote support in case of faults or for reprogramming.
• Access ladder with top walkway for maintenance (scaffold).
