DESCRIPTION:
Our horizontal hydraulic ram presses of the HV/NC series are available with three different press forces from 150 to 300 tons. Horizontal hydraulic presses are specifically designed for straightening and bending profiles, bars, and beams.
Thanks to the machine’s horizontal design, large beams and profiles can be processed with ease. The latest generation horizontal hydraulic press from the HV/NC series has evolved into a versatile machine capable of accommodating a wide range of tooling options.

STRUCTURE AND TABLES
The horizontal hydraulic straightening presses of the HV/NC series are constructed with a C-frame made exclusively from S355JR steel, electro-welded for strength. At the end of the welding process, the frame is stress-relieved and machined to ensure perfect parallelism and precision. The design and construction are carried out using finite element analysis software. All these factors ensure our consistently high standards of robustness, precision, and quality.
They feature a main sliding table and a rear support table, both made from high-strength steel and equipped with T-slots according to DIN 650. Standard equipment includes support blocks made from C45E steel. The main table provides perfect parallelism through its four cylindrical guides with maintenance-free, low-friction bimetallic bushings.
Two height-adjustable support rollers are supplied as standard on each side.

CYLINDER AND HYDRAULIC UNIT
Double-acting cylinder with seamless, cold-drawn tubing, chrome-plated piston, and maintenance-free, wear-resistant guides.
Motorized hydraulic unit with two speeds and automatic cut-off of the rapid stroke. Includes cylinder decompression valve.

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION AND SAFETY
The machine is equipped with a SIEMENS safety PLC, type SIMATIC S7 1200, and a 4-inch MTP-400 touchscreen mounted atop the electric foot pedal. This setup allows programming of operating modes (semi-automatic and automatic), power, stroke, and dwell time of the upper cylinder. The system has memory capacity for 99 recipes, with all values programmable per recipe.
The electrical control panel features a selector switch for manually or automatically choosing the type of operation, as well as a key switch for maintenance operations.
Electrical and hydraulic controls are redundant and self-monitoring. Additional safety blocks and safety self-monitoring devices are integrated for maneuvering and operator protection.
