We have developed motorized screw pumps of the CR/SERVO series with low energy consumption and 60% energy savings. They are specifically designed for high-production applications in the fields of punching, drawing, and stamping.

The latest generation CR-SERVO presses have been further developed for a wide variety of applications, such as the possibility to integrate these machines into automatic production lines.

STRUCTURE:
The steel frames of this series are made from an electro-welded structure, manufactured exclusively from S355JR steel. They are stabilized and machined at the end of the welding process to ensure perfect parallelism and precision. Designed and engineered using finite element analysis software, meeting our high standards of accuracy and quality.

The presses feature upper and lower table/ram plates made from C45E grade steel with T-slots according to DIN 650. The upper plate ensures perfect parallelism via two side guides with a diameter of 50 mm and maintenance-free bushings.

HYDRAULICS:
Single-acting main cylinder with guide sleeve, chrome-plated piston, and maintenance-free wear-resistant guides. For rapid approach and fast return, two double-acting side cylinders are installed, also featuring chrome-plated rods and guides.

REXROTH hydraulic unit with servo motor and control valves, including advance and return control, constant-performance pump providing constant speed via servo motor system, return lock, pressure relief valve, spindle shut-off valve, and air cooling.

ELECTRICS:
Standard Siemens PLC, model SIMATRIC S7-1200, and a pivotable 7" panel, model MPT-700. Enables programming of force, stroke, and speeds, with a storage capacity for 300 programs.

All electrical and hydraulic valves are redundant and automatically controlled. Includes an additional safety block and auto-monitoring devices for valves and safety. Inspection and certification of correct functioning and safety distances for light barriers.

Operation is via a low-voltage electric foot pedal.

For safety, electrical safety interlocks type 4 PLe are fitted in the front working zone, two practical lateral safety guards with safety valves, and interior LED lighting are included.

Complies with all major safety and health requirements in accordance with the CE standard.
