We have designed the CF/VR series motorized C-frame hydraulic presses with a range of three different capacities from 80 to 150 tons.

Specifically engineered for medium to high volume production tasks such as stamping, punching, and deep drawing.
The latest generation CF/VR series hydraulic presses have evolved into highly versatile machines, capable of integration into automatic production lines.
They operate at a hydraulic pressure below 290 BAR to ensure greater longevity of the entire hydraulic system.

STRUCTURE AND TABLES:
The CF/VR series hydraulic C-frame presses feature an electro-welded frame made exclusively from S355JR steel. The structure is stress-relieved and machined at the end of the welding process to ensure perfect parallelism and accuracy. The design and calculations are performed using finite element software, ensuring high standards of precision and quality at all times.
Both upper and lower tables are made of machined C45E steel, featuring T-slots according to DIN 650. The upper table maintains perfect parallelism via four lateral cylindrical guides, each 50 mm in diameter, equipped with maintenance-free, anti-friction bi-metallic bushings.

CYLINDER AND HYDRAULIC UNIT:
The main cylinder is single acting, with a lapped barrel, chromed rod, and maintenance-free wear-resistant guides.
Rapid approach and return are achieved by two side-mounted double acting cylinders, also with lapped barrels, chromed rods, and wear-resistant, maintenance-free guides, allowing for fast advance and retraction speeds.
The motorized hydraulic unit includes a pre-fill valve for approach and return, along with a fixed-displacement pump for constant speed operation.
Includes a check valve, pressure relief valve, cylinder decompression valve, and air-oil cooling system.

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION AND SAFETY:
Standard features include a SIEMENS SIMATIC S7 1200 PLC and an articulating 7'' touchscreen panel model MPT-700. This allows programming of force, cylinder stroke, and speeds, with a storage capacity for 300 work programs.
Electrical and hydraulic operations are redundant and self-monitored. An additional safety block and self-monitoring devices for operations and safety are integrated. Includes certification and verification of functionality and correct safety distance settings for light curtains.
Operation is performed via low-voltage electric foot pedal.
For operator safety, the machine is equipped with type 4 PLe safety light curtains at the working front, two fixed side guards with polycarbonate windows and interior LED lighting.
Supplied with an instruction manual.
Complies with all essential health and safety requirements in accordance with CE standards.
