The TL-100/10000E hydraulic press is part of the T/NC series and has been specially designed for straightening welded structures and cut plates. As with all hydraulic presses of this series, its construction facilitates the loading and unloading of large workpieces. Thanks to the lateral movement of the cylinder and the longitudinal travel of the bridge, access to various pressing points is possible without the need to reposition the workpiece.
The machine meets all essential safety and health requirements according to CE regulations.

STRUCTURE AND TABLE
• Electrically welded structure made exclusively of S355JR steel.
• Stabilized and machined after welding to ensure perfect parallelism and precision.
• Designed and calculated using finite element software.
• The bridge’s longitudinal movement is driven by a frequency inverter and toothed belt.
• The head’s lateral movement is motorized.

CYLINDER AND HYDRAULIC UNIT
• Double-acting cylinder with honed sleeve, chrome-plated piston, and maintenance-free anti-wear guides.
• Equipped with a removable and exchangeable pad to prevent piston wear, machined at the end to fit the tool.
• Includes a standard anti-rotation device for the cylinder and a calibrated front face with limit switches to set the cylinder stroke.
• Motorized hydraulic unit with two speeds and automatic deactivation of fast speed.
• Cylinder decompression valve.
• Pressure regulator.
• Glycerine-filled pressure gauge with tonnage display.

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION AND SAFETY
• The control cabinet contains a selector switch to choose between manual and semi-automatic operation.
• There is also a selector switch to choose between rapid approach speed and slow working speed.
• Operation is via a pendant control with emergency stop and low-voltage controls.
• Includes a button for cycle confirmation.
