The heated plates are 550x500 mm, electrically heated up to 200°C, and insulated from the machine frame. The heated plates feature 12 mm T-slots according to DIN 650, design of the slots as per customer specification.
Each plate is equipped with 2 temperature sensors for precise heating control in the 500x450 mm area, with an accuracy of ±3°C.
Pressing force is adjustable in 10 steps via a rotary knob.
Return speed: 50 mm/sec.
The two-hand control unit is mounted on the machine frame and is rotatable and swiveling.

Heating time is freely adjustable. Heating capacity approx. 12 kW.
Target temperature is freely adjustable.
The upper and lower heating plates can be set independently.
Upon completion of the heating time, a signal sounds and, if desired, the press opens automatically.
