Columns and cylinders are made of SAE 1045 tool steel (equivalent to German standard C 45), externally induction-hardened and chrome-plated.
The linear measuring rod continuously communicates the ram position to the controller. Travel path, top rest point, switching point for changing from rapid traverse to working speed, and the end position to be reached are easily and quickly entered via the monitor control.
Working speed adjustable in 1 mm/sec increments from 0 to 10 mm/sec, and in 10 mm/sec increments from 10 to 155 mm/sec.
The control system monitors all safeguarded areas, the hydraulic system as a whole, and the pump.
Control system is housed in a separate electrical cabinet.
Primary control of the press is performed via a control panel mounted on a swivel arm for efficient and ergonomic operation.
