Functionality of the control system:

The linear measuring rod informs the control system of the ram and ejector positions. Travel path, upper stop point, and the switching point where the press switches from approach to working speed, as well as the target end position, can be input quickly and easily via the monitor control.

Working speed can be set in increments of 1 mm/sec from 2 to 15 mm and in 10 mm steps from 15 to 150 mm.

Additionally, the machine features pressure monitoring, allowing either for the ram to return upwards once the required pressure is reached, or for the pressure to be held constant (within 5% tolerance) for a preset time before opening.

The control monitors secured areas, the entire hydraulic system, the pumps, and the temperature.

Moreover, it synchronizes the main cylinders and compensates for uneven loading as necessary.

The control system is housed in an attached control cabinet.

Operation of the press itself is via an adjustable two-hand control, reducing operating distances.
