The columns and cylinders are manufactured from tool steel SAE 1045 (identical to German standard C45), surface induction hardened and chrome-plated.

Control system functionality:

The linear scale continuously reports the position of the ram to the control system. The traverse distance, the upper stop position, and the switchover point at which the press switches from rapid traverse to working speed, as well as the final position to be reached, can be easily and quickly set via the monitor control.

The working speed can be set in steps of 1 mm/sec within the range 0 to 10 mm/sec, and in steps of 10 mm/sec within the range 10 to 155 mm/sec.

The control system monitors the safeguarded areas, the entire hydraulics, as well as the pump, and is housed in a separate control cabinet.

The press is operated via a control panel mounted on a swing arm, reducing walking distances.
