Heuft Deck Oven Vulkan 12 m² with "Thermo-Oil System", Year 2006

6 decks (the lower 3 designed as pull-out decks), approx. 125 x 160 cm baking surface per deck, which totals approx. 12 m² overall baking area, including matching loading peels.

Particularly even baking results thanks to the thermo-oil system, top-class steam injection, 2 heating circuits; the lower 3 decks are equipped with a "turbo function" featuring air recirculation. Complete stainless steel cladding, including exhaust hood with an overhang of approx. 1 m. Simple, manual controls without complicated and sensitive electronics.

The oven is in well-maintained condition and is still set up and operational. For dismantling and removal, there is a double door available, measuring approx. 160 x 230 cm. Oven and thermo-oil boiler must be properly disconnected for dismantling and the thermal oil carefully collected. Inspection of the unit prior to purchase is both possible and recommended.
