1 refurbished table polishing machine / table polishing automatic machine, make HAU, model T1000 (maximum workpiece length 1000 mm),
with 1 polishing station model PES/3 and one control cabinet.

The table was disassembled, checked for damage (defective parts were replaced), cleaned, and newly painted. The guide shafts were fitted with new bearings and a new gearbox was installed.

1 polishing station, model PES/3, 11 kW
(pneumatic lift-off, 100 mm oscillation AND motorized height adjustment).
Maximum wheel width 400 mm, maximum wheel diameter 400 mm.
The station was completely disassembled, checked for damage (defective parts were replaced), cleaned, and newly painted.
The polishing shaft received all new bearings, including the sliding bush bearings.
The oscillation unit was also completely resealed.
New motor, pulleys, and drive belt have been installed.

1 new control cabinet for operation of the above-mentioned system. Table feed speed and polishing wheel speed adjustable via frequency inverter.
