Sale of a Container Conveyor System with Pick By Light System.

The conveyor system consists of multiple sections and loops that transport containers.

Year of Manufacture and Modifications Over the Years:
- 2007: Constructed by Hörmann Logistik
- 2016: Retrofit of Loop 3 (complete renewal of conveyor system, rollers, and controls) by Förster & Krause
- 2020: Complete renewal of Pick By Light system by KBS
- 2021: Retrofit of Loop 2 (complete renewal of conveyor system, rollers, and controls) by Förster & Krause

Loop 1 (Section 1 Conveyor Technology)
- Main loop
- 2 stations for the adjoining ground-level warehouse for storage of full pallets
- 1 track for containers that were defined as not okay after inspection
- A total of 20 empty containers in circulation simultaneously

Loop 2 (Section 2 Conveyor Technology)
- 3 stations for flow racks
- 15 empty containers in circulation simultaneously
- Dimensions approx. 4m x 38m

Loop 3 (Section 3 Conveyor Technology)
- 2 stations for flow racks
- 15 empty containers in circulation simultaneously
- Dimensions approx. 4m x 35m

Subsequently, there are 12 packing stations where the containers can be processed. The goods to be packed are then packed into cartons and routed onto 4 shipping lines.

In total, the portfolio includes 150 containers with dimensions 60x40x28 cm.

§ 1 Object of Contract
As described above, a container conveyor system and the Pick by Light installation are offered for sale. The buyer is aware that this is a used system.

§ 2 Purchase Price
The purchase price is negotiable. VAT is itemisable.

§ 3 Collection
The buyer undertakes to dismantle the system at their own expense and risk at the seller's premises, that is, at the location.
Dismantling will take place at a time to be agreed between the parties, at least in text form. The agreed time must be chosen so that the general business operations of the seller are not disrupted.
The seller will grant the buyer access to the premises to dismantle the system, provided that all safety and access regulations of the seller are observed by the buyer.
The risk of accidental loss passes to the buyer upon handover at the site. Handover takes place at the latest when the buyer begins independent dismantling of the system.

§ 4 Warranty and Liability
The buyer purchases the system as seen. The seller excludes any warranty or liability, regardless of the legal nature of the asserted claim, unless a guarantee for the condition of the goods has been assumed or a defect has been fraudulently concealed.
This exclusion does not apply to claims for damages – regardless of the legal basis – if the seller, their legal representatives, or vicarious agents have acted with gross negligence or intent, and to liability prescribed by law independent of fault, e.g., under the Product Liability Act.

§ 5 Retention of Title
Ownership of the contractual items remains with the seller until full payment of the purchase price.
