Stop setting up makeshift welding tents on the job site. This compact 10-foot welding station (SST 10 / 500) is a self-contained, ready-to-use production cell tailored for demanding PE/PP pipeline construction. Plastic weld seams are sensitive to drafts and moisture—this container ensures constant, standard-compliant environmental conditions and provides fully traceable documentation.

Your benefits in pipe handling:
The bottleneck on-site is always handling. This station is uncompromisingly optimized for ergonomics. Pipe strings are fed directly through the container via the 800x800 mm end-facing pipe hatches (with brush strips). The integrated 1,000 kg lift table, mobile pipe lifters, and an electric chain hoist make handling pipes up to OD 450 mm a highly efficient one-person operation. Plug & Play: connect power and start welding.
