Single-stage volute pump with opposing suction and discharge nozzles in inline design. The suction and discharge nozzles have the same diameter. The pumps are designed according to the top-pull-out principle, meaning the pump head (motor, head piece, and impeller) can be easily removed for servicing or maintenance while the pump housing remains in the pipework. The pump is fitted with a non-balanced rubber bellows-type mechanical seal. The mechanical seal complies with EN 12756. Pipe connection via DIN flanges PN 16 according to EN 1092-2 and ISO 7005-2.
The pump is equipped with a fan-cooled permanent magnet synchronous motor. The motor efficiency level meets class IE5 according to IEC 60034-30-2. For speed control, the motor is fitted with a frequency converter and PI controller, both housed in the motor terminal box. The electronic speed control enables continuous adjustment of the motor speed and thus the pump performance according to current demand. The pump is equipped with a differential pressure sensor.
