• Versatile filling: Suitable for carbonated and still liquids of all kinds
o Bottles: The machine is ideal for filling bottles with volumes from 0.33 litres up to 3.0 litres. Smaller bottles (0.33l – 1.0l) are processed fully automatically, while larger bottles (1.5l – 3.0l) are filled semi-automatically.
o Party kegs: 5.0-litre party kegs can also be filled semi-automatically.
• Impressive capacity:
o Bottles (0.33l): Up to 1,100 bottles per hour.
o Bottles (0.5l): Up to 900 bottles per hour.
o Party kegs (5.0l): Up to 160 party kegs per hour. This high throughput ensures efficient production even at high demand levels.
• Integrated ring-pull capper: The ARFD 6 is equipped with a specialized module for ring-pull closures, providing your customers with a convenient and easy-to-open cap.
• Hot water injection: Integrated hot water injection prior to capping ensures additional hygiene and optimal sterilization of the bottle neck, improving your product’s shelf life.

o CO2 double pre-flushing: Prior to the actual filling process, bottles are double pre-flushed with CO2, which minimizes oxygen intake into the product—a key factor for the quality and shelf life of beer and other sensitive beverages.
o Adjustable vent valve: A precisely adjustable vent valve allows optimal flow control and minimizes foaming during filling.
o CIP-capable (Clean-in-Place): The system is fully CIP-capable, allowing easy and efficient internal cleaning and sterilization. This greatly reduces cleaning effort.
