Intended use:
The machine is designed for mixing powdery solids, liquids, and pastes, as well as for incorporating fillers. The viscosity range can vary from low-viscosity to highly viscous materials.

Machine construction:
The laboratory stand dissolver essentially consists of the machine stand, lifting device, drive for the mixing tool, telescopic hood with spring-loaded pressing, collet chuck, and control cabinet (non-Ex) with control unit and compact controller.

The container (customer-supplied) and the telescopic hood form a closed mixing chamber during operation. The hood is equipped with a hose connection designed for various applications.

The mixing tool drive features stepless speed adjustment via a frequency inverter. Motor arrangement, performance data, and speeds can be found in the attached project drawing.

The display of the compact controller shows the mixing tool speed, mixing time/remaining time, mixing sequences, and other functions.

Operation:
Switching the machine on and off is done via the corresponding pushbuttons on the control cabinet.

Raising the mixing tool drive:
Lifting is carried out by activating the lift motor. The lift operates only as long as the pushbuttons (two-hand safety circuit UP-UP) are pressed. Once released, the arm remains at any chosen height.

Lowering the mixing tool drive:
For lowering, the corresponding pushbuttons (two-hand safety circuit DOWN-DOWN) on the control panel must be pressed.

Mixing tool change:
The mixing tool shaft features an M8 connection thread. Depending on requirement, the mixing tool (customer-side stirring star) can be unscrewed and exchanged.

Control panel / display
The machine is mainly operated via the compact PLC controller “Vision 560-T25B”. Safety-relevant functions, such as main power disconnection via the main switch, emergency stop activation, and two-hand operation for opening or closing the mixing chamber, are excluded from this.

The control panel consists of a backlit LCD display and membrane-sealed tactile buttons.

Buttons labeled with a letter are assigned fixed functions. These can be activated regardless of the menu at any time. Once a function is activated, the relevant status is displayed in the upper right area of the "operation display" menu.

You can toggle through the individual menu screens using the "M" up and down arrows.
