Our services include, among others, the overhaul of assemblies such as workpiece headstocks, grinding spindles, and tailstocks from the brands Karstens and Bahmüller. We also offer repair of the friction wheel drives found in Karstens workpiece headstocks.

Cylindrical grinding machines are too heavy and large to be transported easily. However, their individual assemblies can usually be disassembled without difficulty and shipped via freight forwarding.

At our facility, these assemblies can be dismantled, cleaned, measured, and worn parts can be replaced. Alternatively, they can also be upgraded and modernized with new technology. After completion, the assemblies are returned to you, allowing your cylindrical grinding machine to resume operation promptly upon reassembly.
