Our film carousel storage systems are suitable for storing all types of foil rolls. They can be used as a high-bay storage solution directly at the membrane press or as a space-saving 3D foil stock.
With our carousels, a large number of foil rolls can be stored in the smallest space (approx. 2.4m x 1.2m), accommodating up to 32 rolls with a diameter of 300mm. The required film is immediately accessible at the push of a button. Our standard carousels are available in heights from 2.8 meters up to 6.0 meters. Custom solutions are also available upon request. Please contact us – together we will find the right storage solution for your needs.
As optional additional equipment, we offer centering sleeves, manual or automatic cutting devices, and ionization solutions.

• Hanging bars with diameters from 42.4mm up to max. 76mm
• Side cladding over the entire construction height
• Protective grid from 2.2m above floor level up to the top edge of the carousel
• Load chain as hollow pin chain, breaking strength 100 kN, pitch 50mm = support rod hanger spacing. Circulation speed approx. 5.5 m/min
• Operation via key-operated switch with return (dead man’s control) for up/down movement
• Rated voltage 400 V; 3N; 50 Hz, power supply cable with CEKON plug 16A, site-side fuse protection 10A time-delay
• Attention!!! Installation requires a stable, level, and solid floor (no floating screed). Minimum floor load capacity must be 2.4kg/cm²
