The basket is loaded and unloaded by the operator using a supply cart that is positioned/disconnected in front of the machine (couplable / movable).

+ Automatic chemical dosing 1-10% (Dosatron)
+ Special spray system (can be activated as needed) for small parts (= E-spray system)
+ Steam extraction incl. condensate return
+ Weekly timer for the electric heater
+ Preparation for retrofitting an oil separator
+ Media filtration via bag filter (make: Eaton, Topline) in both circuits (washing and rinsing)
+ Outer cladding with stainless steel sheet

The system is exhibited at the Glogar Technology Center and is used exclusively for washing trials.
