Technical Specifications

- The machine is equipped with three wheels for cutting PE pipes
- Vertical movement of the machine is guided by linear slide rails to suppress any vibrations, enabling smooth travel and precise cutting
- Integrated air extraction and conveyor belt system for chip and dust removal
- Hydraulic top clamping device on the machine vice to securely hold the material
- Vertical movement, automatic miter rotation, material feed—all functions are controlled via a PLC touchscreen control panel
- Miter rotation is performed by a servo motor
- Portable control panel
- Note: Special V-shaped roller tables with 78" infeed and 39" outfeed are included as standard; additional roller conveyors are available as optional accessories.
