The GCV series machine is a modern device that combines the functions of pre-shredding and final granulation of plastics. This allows various types of plastics—and not only plastics—to be processed in a single operation.
The upper part of the machine is responsible for pre-shredding—the material is fed onto rotating knives which precisely cut it. Additionally, a dedicated system supports efficient material feeding into the unit.
The lower section is the grinding chamber, where both rotor configuration and material feeding can be tailored to the type of material, its characteristics, as well as the desired throughput and final granulate size. Importantly, after processing, the material does not require further transfer between machines. The unit’s compact design occupies minimal space and offers an excellent price-to-performance ratio.
