CNC-controlled machining centre with a vertical machining spindle, suitable for the processing of extruded aluminium profiles, light metals, PVC, and steel from three sides. The work table is CNC-operated and tiltable: -90°/0°/+90° with intermediate angles. The machine is equipped with a 4kW electrospindle, 18,000 rpm, controlled by inverter, and features rapid tool change (tool changer) with ISO30 spindle taper. Interpolation of X, Y, Z, and W axes, controlled by numerical control unit. Brushless motors for X, Y, Z, and W axis positioning. Supplied complete with 4 pneumatic double clamps, tool diameter compensation via software. Axis movements run on linear guides. Left-hand profile stop. 10.4" colour monitor (touchscreen with simplified Windows-based graphics, Teamviewer for remote maintenance, special HICAM 2 / CAMPROX software for loading ISO files and executing programs). Capability for processing longer parts.
