The GEA CFS Yieldjector 650 injector is designed for industrial processing plants seeking precise, consistent, and controlled brine injection. It is suitable for both bone-in and boneless products, enabling efficient processing of poultry, pork, beef, and even fish. Thanks to its uniform distribution system, the brine penetrates deep into the muscle evenly, stabilizing texture and improving cooking yield. The machine operates via incremental steps: the product advances in batches, stops under the injection head, and is injected with precision. Each needle features an independent retraction system. This technology reduces material losses and ensures consistent results, cycle after cycle. Additionally, automated control through the touchscreen interface simplifies adjustments and makes recipe reproducibility easier.
