GARNET POSICIONADOR PV-4500

Designed for carrying out assembly, welding, adjustment, and mounting operations under optimal safety conditions. The innovative features of these positioners, which are truly unique in their class, offer the possibility to perform the following operations:
- Continuous and bidirectional rotation
- Tilting of the table
- Table elevation
Rotation is achieved by means of a drive unit with a slewing ring gear. The elevating and tilting motions are performed through hydraulic cylinders. The virtually unlimited working positions provided by the equipment allow the operator to work in a safe and ergonomic manner, significantly reducing work time and eliminating the dependence on auxiliary lifting devices.

d) Inverter unit: Enables rotation control via frequency inverter operated from the control panel.
